Why do we collect personal data and what kind of data do we collect
Introduction
We collect and use your personal data for various purposes depending on whether it is contact information for our customers, suppliers, sending newsletters, or whether you contact us in other considerations.
Your orders
When you place an order with us, an ongoing customer relationship is created. In our system, information about name, address, telephone, e-mail and date of birth is stored. Information about products purchased from us is also registered here.
The personal information that is registered is mainly information that we need to deliver the goods to you, as well as contact you about conditions in connection with the purchase. The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of an agreement with you.
For security reasons, we also store the IP address used to register the order. We do this to prevent fraud.
We are also required to store personal data provided in connection with orders in order to fulfill our obligations under accounting legislation, tax handling and any warranty/return handling. This means that this history is not deleted until at least five years have passed.
Customer stories
When establishing a customer relationship with us, we would like your feedback on what you think of the product. If you wish to give us your feedback, this will be published on our website after your consent. Your name will appear here if this has been stated.

For existing customer relationships, information about our goods is sent in accordance with Section 15 of the Marketing Act. We also send newsletters after termination of the customer relationship or others who wish to receive newsletters, but then with your consent.
